As a longstanding Philadelphia community institution, Masjid Mujahideen is a religious community exploring the evolution of providing community-based solutions while professionalizing as an organization.
Our Challenge
Masjid Mujahideen was in need of a strategic plan and organizational solutions.
Our Solution
During the engagement, Ethos conducted informational interviews with leaders within the organization and facilitated a three-day retreat supporting leadership to complete a SWOT analysis, develop vision statements and ultimately provide the source material for a three-year strategic plan. Ethos delivered a full strategic plan and implementation recommendations to round out the engagement.
Looking ahead, Ethos will continue to provide philanthropic advising to Masjid Mujahideen as they embark on a capital campaign for a new community-space.
