Erinn Corbett-Wright is an award-winning philanthropic consultant, social impact strategist, and executive coach dedicated to driving systemic change for communities and professionals across the United States. Operating at the intersection of corporate philanthropy, public policy, and civic engagement, Erinn provides premium philanthropy management and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family foundations, and corporations. As a trusted advisor in the Greater Philadelphia region and nationally, she specializes in designing equitable social investment strategies, building inclusive giving programs, and maximizing the ROI of civic capital. Her foundational thesis—that cross-sector collaboration and empowered leaders are essential to solving entrenched social issues—has positioned her as a leading architect of modern public-private partnerships.
Philanthropy Strategy & Management
As a multi-vantage social sector practitioner, Erinn has designed, stabilized, and scaled strategic philanthropy and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs that have directed more than $75 million in grants and capital to the nonprofit sector. Her executive experience includes overseeing national and regional corporate philanthropy portfolios for Fortune 500 companies, managing complex, multi-market global grantmaking portfolios across North America, Europe, and Asia. Notably, she directed the rigorous impact evaluation for an entire corporate U.S. social impact portfolio, serving as the primary United States representative on a transnational North American Impact Evaluation Center of Excellence to analyze and audit strategic alignment for more than $30 million in annual grants. A hallmark of her practice is orchestrating cross-functional enterprise teams—spanning Human Resources, Commercial Banking, Technology, and Government Affairs—to execute high-impact initiatives, including deploying multi-million dollar national grant competitions to expand affordable housing supply and funding rapid-response capital for workforce development during economic displacement. In private philanthropy, she has authored critical board recommendations securing over $20 million for civic initiatives, culture, and community stabilization, providing high-touch technical assistance to marquee regional projects including the Discovery Center and the Penn’s Landing park redevelopment.
Public Policy & Civic Strategy
Complementing her philanthropic portfolio, Erinn is a recognized expert in public policy, legislative design, and stakeholder mobilization. She leverages data-driven forecasting to ensure social investment strategies proactively leverage, rather than duplicate, government infrastructure. Her early legislative research and policy design directly informed Pennsylvania House Bill 1419 (2018), the historic, first-of-its-kind "Clean Slate" law automating the expungement of certain misdemeanor offenses. Later, while directing external engagement and legislative tracking at the Pew Charitable Trusts, her tailored engagement models successfully catalyzed the City of Philadelphia to direct $33 million into its municipal "Rainy Day" fund—reserves that proved vital for community stabilization during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Education & Governance
Erinn holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She anchors her real-world consulting expertise in academic rigor as an Adjunct Instructor in the Master of Public Policy program at Temple University, lecturing on inequality, the nonprofit sector, and institutional fundraising. Grounded in governance excellence, her active board leadership includes appointments to the Board of Visitors for the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University, the board of Philadelphia Youth Basketball, and serving as Board Secretary for the Forum Foundation of the Forum for Executive Women. Her past civic contributions include board service for the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, along with various regional boards focused on workforce access and poverty alleviation.
